The Program Director and Staff of Sunshine Heights welcome your child and family to our Daycare Centre. We look forward to having a lasting association with you. We have put together this Parental Handbook so that you will have an idea of what to expect from us and what we will expect of you. We hope that this outlines our policies and procedures for you. It’s important to our staff that you’re clear on the information printed so that you and your child get the most out of this experience. Please note that any exceptions to the policies and procedures must be obtained by the Board of Directors.
